What do I need to bring when I collect?

Please bring valid photo ID: a passport, UK driving licence or European national ID. For larger cash transactions we are required by law to register you and scan your ID.

How can I pay?

Online orders are paid in branch when you collect. Cheques are not accepted. If you pay by card in branch, Visa debit cards are charged at 0%; some credit, business and international cards may carry a charge.

Is the online rate guaranteed?

Your order is processed at the rate confirmed by email when you order. If the market moves by more than 1% within 24 hours of your order, we reserve the right to amend the rate. Online prices are indicative.

Can I cancel my order?

Can I order USD $1 bills?
